Individual Counselling 

As a Registered Social Service Worker and trauma-informed counsellor, I provide compassionate and professional support to help you navigate life’s challenges. My services are offered virtually, allowing you to connect with me from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Using a client centred approach, I prioritize your safety, empowerment, and individual pace, ensuring that our work together honours your unique journey.

Yoga

Mindfulness and Chair Yoga: This supportive and gentle class combines the physical benefits of yoga with the calming power of mindfulness. Chair yoga incorporates seated stretches, gentle movements, and standing poses using the chair for stability, making it an accessible option for all levels. Throughout the practice, you'll be invited to bring awareness to your breath, notice sensations in your body, and cultivate a sense of presence in each movement. This mindful approach encourages relaxation while improving flexibility, strength, and balance.

Small Group Yoga: Share the experience of yoga with close friends or family in a small, supportive group. These sessions are designed to create a sense of connection and community while still offering individualized attention. Perfect for beginners seeking a comfortable introduction to yoga or experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice in a more personal setting.

Private Yoga: These one-on-one sessions are crafted specifically for your needs, whether you're looking to refine your practice, address physical challenges, or explore the deeper spiritual aspects of yoga. With personalized attention, you’ll progress at your own pace in a supportive and nurturing environment. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to align with your goals, ensuring a practice that feels both empowering and transformative.

Senior Companionship

Are you or a loved one seeking meaningful support during this stage of life? My Senior Companion Services are designed to promote well-being, connection, and joy through tailored care and attention.

As a trauma-informed counsellor and experienced yoga instructor with a passion for supporting seniors, I offer:

  • Companionship: Engaging conversations, shared activities, or simply being a comforting presence.

  • Counselling Support: A listening ear and guidance for emotional well-being, tailored to individual needs.

  • Light Exercise: Gentle movement or chair yoga to support mobility, flexibility, and relaxation.

 

We’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you or your loved one—something that fits your needs, goals, and what feels most comfortable. My hope is to bring a little more connection, energy, and ease into your life.
